
Doris Richardson is a retired Registered Nurse, yoga instructor, mother and grandmother.Working as a counselor and group therapist at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center for more than 25 years, her passion has always been to help others stay healthy in mind, body and soul.She has contributed to the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Journal, authored a series of mental health cartoon books and shared over 800 posts on her blog www.body-mindhealth.com.
