I seek comfort every day. Sometimes I struggle with life and strive toward finding ways to feel well in mind, body and soul. I take a moment to meditate or watch my breath in order to slow my thoughts down and feel still again.
Other times I feel as if wellness becomes a process in positivity, and continuing life as optimistic as I possibly can be. Guided by my breath and a few moments of meditation is helpful to me daily as I continue down my road toward becoming a more spiritual being.
