Attentive and distracted ways

Thing to do that help me feel good


I spend time with meaningful concentration, reading a book but there is something that distracts me from continuing.
It may be a negative thought which I quickly move away from with some positive hobbies or thoughts that clear my mind. “Back to the book,” I say to myself with some passionate energy that allow for peacefulness to enter.
Distracted ways can also be a good adventure into the forest taking photos or a walk with a friend to talk about the weather.
