Awakened by the sounds of birds singing songs of love and living life well. Captured by the soft sounds that tap against my window, telling me to rise and see the light of day but it is once again gray and sullen, “No sunlight to warm me today.”I say in a whisper to myself as if I can change the way things are. That is why I am enlightened today, I know I can change my perspective just by closing my eyes to envision a bright, orange, yellow and blue sky day.
