I begin with stillness of my mind, I dont try to “learn to meditate,” I just sit still for a few moments each day and slow my breath. I enjoy being near a window. This is where I find my life; watching the way the sun rises in its bright shades of orange or seeing the clarity of a beautiful, blue sky.
