Taking time today to find out what is my “now.”
Is “now” my daily routine where I do certain habitual things that “get me going for the day?”
I believe in structure but sometimes varying my “time here” in mind, body and soul needs an adjustment as boredom does set into life.
When I have too much alone moments where “now” becomes a bit negative I need to instill positive and optimistic ways that can develop into my daily routine. A good example is my sketching and painting that gives me a smile anytime I pick up a pencil or paint brush to help lonely times become exciting and challenging.
