Every day I notice something about myself that needs to change.
Sometimes it is a minor change in my mood that I have to study a bit to tweek the down times.
Music helps as I tune into some rock-in roll or find some classical music that makes me dance smoothly.
Time passes along quickly and I notice a bit of a slow down in my gait so I gradually turn my speed up a notch as I try to change my pace to a quicker one.
” At least I notice, and try to listen to my body, and I will never stop walking down a daily path.” I say to myself.
Then I look at my watch and decide on an extra walk around the block.
