Finding ways to make things new again.
Starting over with a blank slate so that I can evolve into a new me.
More exercise is my first change; increasing my effort and speed is the goal.
With all the changes in the past few years that I have no control over such as a pandemic, I have to take it slower than I want to.
I work around my blockages through new ideas that involve slowing my breath and meditation which helps lower my anxiety.
