The best version

Spent many years developing the best version of myself.
Through many attempts at positive change such as losing weight, quiting smoking or exercising more, my version does appear to be healthier.
Today, concentrating on the same but adding attitude and perspective because I do have a good, positive way, but it still needs work.
Through meditation,yoga and learning how to slow things down in my head with slow, even breathing, I am on my way to a version of myself that I feel is an excellent example that I embrace. It is not easy but is definatly worth the effort.

Change is a struggling process but can give you many positive ways to be.
