What brings on strength

It took me a long time to figure out what helps to bring on strength. Physically it is a rough road to get stronger; many workouts including weights and flexibility improvement but I can see results.
The most difficult lesson comes in the form of mental and spiritual growth with many practice hours on breath work, meditative work and intellectual strengthing with readings on positive ways and honoring myself; bringing about self-awareness and empowering thoughts of self-love and love for others.
Living life in abundant ways takes time to develop and realize that it is hard work.
As the physical workout is demanding, the spiritual steps require much thought and meditative time.
