As each day passes by, I feel stronger.
Did not believe that strength would come back to me after such a long slumber during the Pandemic.
Felt as if my flexibility and muscle strength had been lost but after more than a few weeks of speed walking and biking, I seem to be heading toward a new resilient path, back to “normal,” I say outloud, but my “new normal” is nothing like it was in the past.
Today I have to work even harder getting my total self back in shape.
Mind, body and spirit need to grow as I connect with others to increase my chances of staying in shape.
