Greeness brings on light

Knowing that this time in life is a roller coster, I find it difficult to discuss emotional ways that help me to stay calm and balanced. I have to work harder at trying to stay stable in mind and body. Intellectual readings helps my mind and physical exercise both active and passive help me to stay strong.
The emotional and spiritual part of my being becomes more difficult to express; staying silent in meditation helps me to pass by each day even though it continues to be a struggle, and finding creative ways to improve my life is possible but the most challenging event in my life.
For you, I am bringing out my emotional and soulful “parts of my being” and this note is to comfort you who read daily positive posts.
