Feeling the fragility of this moment.
Feeling the fragile times in life as if I can fix some of the broken areas of my being. I know where to begin.
Strength is where I begin. My physical being is a good start, so I add a few new exercises to increase flexibility. I feel Spiritually strong but I add more positive words to my daily journal to look on when not feeling as positive as I need to be.
The emotion part of my being flows at times with tears but this natural way to rid some inner grief is good for me.
What do you need to balance today in mind, body and soul?
