Thoughtful and Healing

Imagine things in your life that are healing to you.
I feel strongly that nature is the most healing place I could ever imagine.
Nature has places of silence where I can straighten out imbalances in my body as I reach and touch the softness of a green and yellow leaf that moves slightly as if it is saying hello.
I tell myself to keep my shoulders back, head straight ahead, and as I look up I can feel my being touch the sky and look down at the blue and black birds with trees swaying and people walking through their personal woods of life.
