We all want more.
Discovering places, adventures and things we want.
We even make lists of goals with objectives leading toward a path that takes us where we want to go.
These are all good plans but what about self- love, love for others and taking that deep breath of peace in a yoga pose you hold to lessen that stress you are full of because of all you want?
Take it slow, at least for today, and enjoy a peaceful place where there are walks to take, people to see that you love, and yoga poses to quietly sit in.
