Every day is a new challenge. It may be something simple that I may need to learn or a difficult adventure that brings into my mind, some fear. Whatever it is, it is new and I have to adjust myself to meet the daily events including mildly annoying things that cause stress that is easy to take care of with a deep breath that slows me down.
For the more difficult problems, I have to work hard at chasing away the fear with soft music or I may take a long walk to think about what I need to do, or find a quiet place to stay in a soft yoga poses.
What do you do to quell those times that need a breath of fresh air?
