There are times in life when healing is necessary. Sometimes it is not only physical healing but mental and spiritual healing are needed at different times of life, especially after losses.
Grief ensures as you lose a loved one. And sorrow and sadness stay planted like a tree for a long time where you are fighting to get out of that dark place. You may need to be patient with yourself for as long as it takes to get your mind, body and soul where you would like it to be, but never stop trying to move toward wellness because a different you will appear and you will be able to help others in need of a healing time.
