Acceptance, forgiveness and staying in the moment
What matters in life are the simple things that make you smile.
Accept that you will not always have smiling days.
Forgive yourself first so that you can move on to forgive others; allowing yourself some peace and harmony.
Stay here in the present moment creating special ways to bring some happiness in your life.
Tears, Anger, Sadness
Let go of those painful events in your life that have made you angry or sad.
Tears are good; purging yourself of those toxins inside of your soul.
Anger should be expressed in a soothing way that helps you to heal.
Talk to someone about good and bad feelings; finding ways to rid yourself of grief, anger and pain.
Promise yourself to put the past behind you right now and be good with what life brings into your life; remembering that you cannot change what is no more than you can change things in the past or into the future.
You only have right now.
Manipulating and forcing
You can go around manipulating whatever you want that seems to make you feel better; distracting yourself with busy jobs to do so that you do not have to think about learning self-love, love of others who care for you or what today will bring if you stop and listen to your soul.
Stop forcing yourself to go down the same path each day, calling it a routine that you need to do.
Deviate from that path you say you need to follow and walk alone or with someone you care about; speaking on what to do next.
Aloneness is not loneliness, it is standing strong no matter what in a world full of struggles but also happiness and joy.
Being alone does not have to scare you; allow yourself to gather the strength it takes to find yourself in a spiritual way so that you can rise and be whole again.
