Listen to the waves thundering in soft or rough ways, allowing you to be with nature and its beauty. Find those wonder colors to brighten your day; yellows, greens, blues and reds all surround you in their warmth and coolness.
Allow spirit to come into your heart in large ways when you help a friend or volunteer for a cause.
Feel everything as it comes your way; the good and bad of living well.
Find your place in the world where spirit moves you to dance, sing, love deeply and care.
