I would like to believe that I can control all of my struggles throughout the day; focusing always on the positive things in life, getting rid of the negative. That is plan A; every single day I am silent, and let go of all the bad stuff that I am thinking about.
I wish that plan A would work well all the time but when it just does not seem to take me to a better place, I move to plan B: the breathing moment where I take a deep breath in through my nose, hold my breath at the top where my shoulders are high in the air, and then release the breath as slowly as I can, making an awe sound that releases all that is in my soul that may be bothering me.
And this release is good; placing me at the bottom of the breath with gratitude that I am here today to take this deep cleansing breath of life because we all start and end our lives with this breath of a hopeful existence filled with love, caring, harmony and balance.
Think of yourself in a balanced way today where you check on all your many selves.
Find peaceful moments in your soulful ways; listening to music, taking a nature walk.
Find harmony and balance in your intellectual self; meeting with a friend to discuss the meaning of life.
Find love in your heart for someone who needs a kind word, a pat on the back or a hug because when you release yourself to them, you reap the benefit of the good Karmic return.
