Calm Yoga Poses: Pigeon and Child’s Pose
When you need some calmness try some yoga poses to get you at peace with your internal mind, body and spirit. Focusing on slowing down your breath and staying in a pose that feels good.
There is a meditative calmness in yoga poses when you focus on poses that you can just be in for more than just a few moments. I try to stay in soft poses for at least 3-5 minutes; gaining a new way to meditate.
