When I breathe in and breathe out, I relax my body, mind and soul. It is a slow cleansing inhale, counting to 5; it encompasses my entire being, as my shoulders rise to accommodate this large, deep breath; holding my breath for a moment, and then releasing it for a very long exhale, counting to 7 to get all of it out of my mind, body and soul.
Everything is released and I feel like the weight that was on my shoulders is gone. I am calm, serene and balanced for the moment.

On those gray days, you can still see some color peeking through to greet you. Take a deep breath and breath it in and out as you slow yourself down
Breathing in and breathing out
You start out life with your first breath, and when your life ceases to exist, you end with the same breath; smoothly releasing it to the universe so that you are still here in spirit; in a different form, but still here to guide, help and listen to others.
And as your family goes through the grieving of your physical body, they will begin to realize that you are still here, just not with the breath.
Begin to see how important it is to learn the skill of life. Your life force is in your breath; giving you the ability to slow things down any time you need to.
Get in touch with your inner spirit and find time in your daily routine to just breathe and settle down so that your days become more pleasant and helpful to others.
Healing ways
You become a stone onto yourself; a strong anchor that holds you still in the moment as you take that deep breath; realizing how simple life can be if you just take care of yourself first.
And then you can send that positive energy to others in your path because you have settled yourself down; honoring your body, mind and soul.
