I wish there was a way to help others with their sad moments. Because many people have more than just sad moments; their feelings of hopelessness and loss can extend well past what they can cope with.
I get caught up in the moment at times with grief, sorrow and emotional pain so I know well the deep feelings of sadness and loss.
When you are sad, seek out others to talk to so that you do not have to go it alone. And be there for another person who may need your help.
There is no magic pill that can truly help sadness and grief. It has to be worked through by writing about it, talking and spending time in places that bring joy to your life.
Joy and Sadness may seem opposite but they are the yin and yang of life. Sometimes things seem very black and then you see some light in the center.
Joyful moments may seem infrequent to you right now but you can get back to that spot in your heart where you feel good again.
Your emotional heart allows your spirit to peek out and help you through some things that you may be having difficulty with. Seek meditation and prayer for guidance in troubled times. Find some happiness in this confusion of living. With all of your broken dreams, it may not be clear to you right now but the world can be a beautiful place to be.
Put some hope in your heart and be gentle on yourself.
