Listening To Your Inner Voice

What is it that you really need?

I need peaceful exploration of life

I need peaceful exploration of life

What is it that you need to stay healthy and well throughout your life?

Go with how you feel

When it comes to what you really need in life, you should listen very carefully to yourself. Your first instinct is usually correct when you have a decision to make.
That little voice that feels uncomfortable at times is trying to tell you something. When you have a strong feeling that something just is not right, you should listen.
And when you have strong feeling of confidence, plunge ahead with great speed toward whatever it may be. Your inner voice is a good friend.

Challenges

Even if it feels like a stretch or a challenge, it may be time for you to begin something new. As you age, you may shy away from things that seem too challenging, but that is when you should go for it. What do you have to lose?  And if you fail, you are used to that too by now. And failure is not the end of the world, failure means that you have learned something in life. When you fail, you know not to do it that way again!

Practice

Practice does make perfect. And remember that you do not live in a perfect world surrounded by perfect people. Everyone has their flaws, problems and challenges in life.

My Passions
I believe that I still have work to do. Not sure what some of it is, but some of my challenges I know about and take baby steps toward their accomplishments. I have a tendency to take on too much, so I inch my way through important tasks.
I have found that with aging does come wisdom to know when to slow down and ponder a bit.

Getting rid of all those heavy items!

As you age, begin to lighten up your load. De-cluttering your home will de-clutter your mind so that you can think clearer and perform better at all the new things you are going to do.

Read something new and fresh on a topic that you have not read before. Change things in your mind and begin looking at everything from a different angle.

What does your life look like when you change some things that may bring your comfort right now, but are weighing you down? Get out of that comfort zone. You will never get anywhere doing the same thing over and over again. Find some challenges, or make some up. Start with yourself and spread your new found passionate ideas with others who feel they also need some new things to do.

Literally Tap into your Energy

When you feel sluggish and unable to think clearly, use some tapping points to get your energy flowing throughout your body. Take a look at www.tapping.com where there are many sites that  teach you how to awaken your body with a tapping routine.

Meditate

When you just do not know where you are going or what you need to do, meditate. Just stay still, sitting cross-legged or laying down on your back with feet in butterfly, in silence, concentrating only on your breath.
