This One Is For Me

Looking past the immediate, and seeing it differently.

Looking past the immediate, and  seeing it differently.

I write a lot about self-lessness.

And it is important to help others,  but what about you?

Can you be selfish once in awhile is a question you may need to ask?

Take the time to focus on what it is that you need, and  try not put yourself last may be a difficult, but a good  change.

You need to help yourself before you can help others ( taking a deep breath before you can breathe for others. )

The me first kind of thinking is powerful, because when you do things for yourself , you feel good, others benefit from your new found energy and passion, and that is what you are after in life!

I believe that because I had 4 children, that everything in life surrounds them. And many times it did and still does.

I took good care of my children, and they all have grown up sound and healthy in mind, body and spirit.

And now it is my time. This will be my 60th year, and it is about time I have some me time to spend on something that  I have always wanted to do.

With aging, I am past my mid-life crisis, and moving toward old age. And with that said, I should plan things that I want and need in order to feel well in mind, body and spirit.

My First Step Toward Wellness and Passions

I am beginning with being more selfish with my time so that I can get some things done that I have put off, like writing daily.

My other time is walking. Another thing I just love to do, so I do it every single day.
Where are your special  times?
What is it that is so very special to you that you need to do it all the time?
Or is there something that you are missing out on that you want to do?
Missing Pieces
Sometimes I feel strongly that there are missing pieces to my puzzle of living.

That I missed something that I need to complete.

At the end of my time on this Earth, I want to be able to say that I did all that I wanted to. That my puzzle pieces are in place.

But I know that may not be the way things end up. There will still be things missing, and that is alright. Someone else will pick up the my pieces and finish my story.
