We all have pain in our lives. It can be emotional, physical or spiritual pain, but it is there.
How can you work on your painful moments?
I find that distraction helps a lot, especially with physical pain. When you take your mind off the pain, even for a short time, it seems to disappear. For example, if I am having pain in my knee, I try walking a bit. It may seem counteractive but it works for me.

Working on those joints and muscles such as rubbing the affected area deeply is another pain relief non-invasive way to put the pain at bay.

For emotional pain, getting inside yourself and finding the root cause of your pain may be helpful. Analyzing the pain with a trusted friend is another way. You both can think up ways to deal with the feelings that are causing your pain, and then try out some new tactics.
For my spirit, getting in touch with nature always helps me to deal with insight into my own spiritual side. Try some nature walks. Even in the winter, a brisk walk always clears my head.

Just getting away for a few days  where there is calm and peace can keep your pain at bay.

Find anywhere, even if it is  in your mind’s eye can help with all kinds of pain and kinks.

Getting out the kinks, not only in you physical body, but your emotional and spiritual being can help to bring some happiness into your life.

Let your spiritual side soar and find ways to soothe your physical being. You are more that one dimension.

As you age, you will find that your spirit becomes the stronger self, guiding your physical and emotional beings.

Center and balance your many selves so that you are happy and content in your lifetime.
