Finding Time to Begin

Every time I want to do something new, I find ways to procrastinate on doing it, and then I either forget about what my plans were, or I do not believe I will accomplish it. That sounds like a pretty pessimistic statement, but the good news is that at least awareness is there!

When the weather begins to become colder, we begin to settle in and take less chances. But this is when we need it the most.

If your goals are too much, you may want to tone them down into more attainable ones.

For example, if your goal is to write a book, try a short story first!

Clearing out the Rubbish~

Maybe itĀ is time for some clearing. If your clear your house of clutter, you may be able to think more clearly.
GoalsĀ around the house may seem like something you are always putting off.

I also procrastinate on these too, and I know that I do need to make some changes, rearranging and de-cluttering~

Some Tips
When I want to clean a room in my house, or a closet, I try to start out slow. I will buy some trash bags and clean up 1 large bag a week instead of trying to do it all at once. Not overwhelming myself has made getting rid of things a lot easier. And this time of year is the perfect time to give away some of your clothing. There is so much need out there for warm clothes. I just dropped off a large bag of winter clothing that I no longer wear. I put them in a Church drop box, and I smiled because I know it will go to keep someone warm this year.

It feels so very good when you help others.
