When it seems like you are all over the place, it may be time to pick a focus. Plan to concentrate on one thing at a time, and you will find life is easier.
I am a constant offender of trying new things and never abandoning them. I hold on too long and then find it hard to give up on any new projects.
If this is you, you may want to pick one and stay in the present moment with it.
For a few months I have been trying to do just that. I am trying to be one- pointed; having everything linked to my main plan in some way, shape or form. If it does not fit in, I try to put it to the side.
I have to admit that I have not put everything to the side, but I am trying.
I believe that learning how to meditate has helped me a lot with the present. I focus on my breath and many things become clear.
The daily tasks still have to happen. You cannot abandon some of your duties such as taking out the trash or cooking a meal. You still need to do those present moment things in life. But your goal becomes this present moment, focused entity that you are striving toward. This plan has a beginning, middle and end.
The ending may be difficult, but remember that all things must come to an end; the good, bad and ugly of living in the present.
Staying healthy in the mind, body and spirit of living is part of every good plan. Remember that wellness needs all 3 areas of your health.
Your mind needs to focus on your plans, your body needs to be strong, balanced and stable, and your spirit needs to stay in the positive moment of living life full of hope and purpose.
