Bean Soup Recipe

Here is a handy recipe that takes only a few minutes to create.

This bean soup can be made in a few minutes.

Take a can of pork and beans ( you can use the veggie kind if you do not want pork)

Add a can of tomatoes ( small 12 oz or 1 can of tomato sauce)

Add 1 clove crushed garlic

1 cup water

1 cup fresh or frozen spinach

1 cup cubed carrots

1 cup chopped celery

1 small chopped onion

1/2 pound of  cooked pasta of your choice. I like the small  soup size pastas

You can also add another can of rinsed beans of your choice too.

Bring to a boil to cook any frozen veggies

Simmer for about 20 minutes on low temp

Eat with some warmed French Bread
