Live Well

The season is changing, and maybe you need to make some changes too!

The season is changing, and maybe you need to make some changes too!

Sometimes when you feel the weakest, you are really the strongest.

This measurement of how broken you may be is your own interpretation about your attitude toward living life well.

Living well to me is about how I feel about myself first. Liking myself and doing things I enjoy on most days is my living well motto.

I want you to think about what your personal “living well” meaning is  to you.

Do you lose track of your personal goals that help you to feel good; in harmony and balance throughout your mind, body and soul?

Do you lose track of people who are important to you, and find it hard to reconnect?

Living life fully

In my family many people live a long life.

If you knew that you would not be around much longer, would you do the things you always wanted to do?

If you knew that you were going to be around for another 30 or 40 years after you retired, what would you be planning life more carefully?

A second career?  More time with the grandkids? Helping others?

I believe that we all need to plan, but also remember that life unfolds as it is supposed to.

This means that even the best plans can just go away in an instant. And no one lives forever, therefore if part of your plan is to visit someone you may not have seen in quite awhile, you better get it done now.

It seems that just when you find the time to spend with a loved one, the time may have slipped away by death, distance, or distress.

Getting rid of what is broken

Distress  is like broken pieces that you have to put back together.

Distress can mean that you just don’t spend any time with that special person because you may have a grudge toward them, or they may have one toward you.

Get rid of this distress and make moments right now that are new and fresh. Forgive others for what they have done to you or others. Forgiveness can really help you to feel better about yourself.

And when you get rid of the anger, distress; replace it with love harmony and balance, and you will feel better.

Balancing your life with some harmony and love.

Surround yourself with people who love you.

Care about yourself and others.
