Take Time to Just Breathe

Settle down every day for a good slow breath!

Be conscious of your breathing and then slow it down and relax.

There is much evidence and research done on how we can slow down things so that our heart rate comes down and then the blood pressure.

Make a goal out of settling down and taking a breather today.

Natural Light is beneficial for healing and wellness

In through your nose for the slow count of 5 and out through your nose for the count of 7 to get all the toxins out of your body. And then take a walk down the street to just be with yourself. This will make your day much calmer and in control.

Yoga and Some Color Therapy

I find that a morning yoga stretch also helps me to prepare for my day along with some acupressure and a good foot rub. Take time to do these things and you will feel so very much better!


Yellow is the symbol of the mind and intellect, representing the power of thought!

Yellow carries with it positive magnetic currents which can be inspiring and stimulating. So look at it, wear it and breathe it in!

Blue symbol is of inspiration, devotion, peace and tranquility. It is an excellent color to use during meditation. It helps with healing; treating tension, fear, palpitations and insomnia. Blue can also reduce inflammation, and is used for laryngitis, sore throat, tonsillitis, shock, stings and headaches!
