Yin Yoga Poses Can help you to settle down: Melting Heart
A yoga asana (pose) called melting heart can help you to center yourself. In this pose, you are on your hands and knees like a table, then you melt down your arms, sinking downward until your forehead touches the floor. Your buttocks is up in the air as in downward facing dog. Stay in this pose for at least 5 minutes to truly feel it ( unless it is drastically uncomfortable, or painful).
Teaching yourself some yoga poses can do you some good, and your heart center will thank you!

I love gazing at colorful flowers and feeling their warmth as they sparkle their greens and oranges.
Everything is from the heart center. Your center, your heart.
If your heart is heavy today, try your best to lighten it up by forcing a smile. It may not always be possible to stay in positive moments all the time, but you can try.
Whatever has caused your heaviness; maybe a phone call or letter about some disappointing news, or it may just be heaviness that comes across your being for no reason at all, try to resolve it with some positive energy.
What can you do to bring about peace?
I try different tactics such as yoga poses or walking slowly and then fast.
These things distract me for the moment, bringing with them some peace.
A talk with a good friend may also help. Whatever it is that you need to do, do it like the melting heart pose. Your heart center is open and ready to settle down, you just have to begin helping yourself in this moment in time.
