On Being Grateful

Every single day of your life, try to focus on the good things in life.

With the good there has to be the   “not so good”,  and even ugly things that happen.

That is the way it is.

Life circles around you, bringing you back to the same place every once in awhile.

You may not even notice that you are back, because it seems like everything is different now. You are here in this moment in time. Gazing at the beauty before you. Just like the beauty of a tree in bloom, you also bloom with life. And your inner beauty can help you to grow and be happy and grateful with your life.

And even with all these things that are both yin and yang, good and bad, black and white– Life moves on.

And you  move down the road with grace in an honorable way because you have taken another breath today.

You hold your head up high, take a deep breath and move on to whatever is next.

Be Grateful for what you have

None of us know how long we will be on this Earth. When you are grateful for not only each passing day, but also each moment in life, you savor the moments.

Life is full of moments. Some bring a smile to your face. Other moments are challenging. But remember that if we are not challenged in life, it can become very boring. You need challenges for health and wellness in mind, body and spirit.


We need the ups and downs, the blacks and whites, and the yin and yang of living, strive for happiness!

Success comes to those who work hard, but also those who are positive and confident about themselves. Those people  know where they are going, they have goals with timelines!
