Release those struggling times
If you are struggling with the small things in life, take a look a what is good about your moments right now.
There are so many good moments. If you counted, you would find that there are many more happy and sunny times in life than the not so pleasant ones.
Begin a journal to keep track, and you will find that those smiling times are what you should concentrate on. When you are reminiscing on your past, concentrating on the good times is important.
Protecting your health and wellness
Start protecting yourself by decreasing your anxiety and stress in life. You are all about what your mind, body and soul tell each other that you are. You do have many facets of your “Self.” They are all connected and tell each other how to act and react.
Anger is like poison in the body, flowing through your body in a hot rage.
If you are angry all the time, this mind difficulty moves into you body, perhaps giving you some aches and pains, and maybe even more deadly diseases such as cancer. If you are angry long enough, it has to affect your whole being. Find ways to protect your soul and rid yourself of the anger inside and outside of yourself. Spend time with positive people who speak softly and kindly. Focus on how to be more like people who are optimistic and happy with living in the moment of life. Be mindful of yourself and if you catch yourself being negative, stop and turn it into a more positive reaction. It takes practice, but you can learn how to be happier.
I find that color helps me to feel good.
Surround yourself with bright colors that break you out of bad moods.
Recently, I began painting again after a long spell of not feeling in the groove of my artistic side. I am choosing bright, bold colors which seem to affect me in a positive way.
