Healthy Foods: Bean Wrap

When you want something that will fill you up and is packed with protein, give yourself some brain food! I think of beans and grains when I want some energy or something to help with concentration.

Here is some mind health food, and it is easy to make. I used half of a small wrap which is only about 70 calories. I saute  a clove of  garlic, a can of  pinto beans that I rinsed.

After the garlic is ready, I added a cup of prepared salsa, a cup of fresh or frozen spinach. That is it!

Mix together and saute for another 5 minutes.

I use a pinnini maker to toast my wrap. And add a slice of vegan cheese to the wrap. ( you can use regular cheese if you like)
