Here is one that I recently invented!
1/2 cup organic chocolate chips or carob chips
2 cups organic whole wheat flour
1/4 cup agave ( optional, the chocolate gives enough sweetest)
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teasp egg substitute powder / or 1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup rice milk
If batter seems too dry, add more oil/ too wet, add more flour until it is
a consistency you can make cookie balls with!
Cook for 10 -12 minutes at 350 degrees
Makes 1 dozen large cookies or 2 dozen small
I large cookie has 120 calories or 60 calories each for smaller
