>An Attitude of Gratitude!

>There is so very much written on the power of the positive that I should not have to say anymore on the topic, but we all need a dose of positive feelings each day. If we wallow in negative thoughts and feelings, we soon have a very negative attitude about life in general.
So seize the day, and make today the time when you changed.
You changed your attitude to a more positive outlook, not only about yourself, but everything around you.
Springtime is the best time of year to change. It is easier because the sun is shining, the birds are singing and the trees and flower bud with their beauty.

You need to develop an attitude of gratitude. As you begin to focus on the positive things in life, such as the here and now- your environment, your friends, your family. Take a good look at what you have. Remember that good things and bad things shall pass in life.
The terrible things are also part of life.

If you become conscious of gratitude, negative thinking cannot exist because when a nasty thought comes along- an attitude of gratitude says: “thank you for that thought!” Such appreciation of all thoughts, diffuses negative thinking!!
Remember to be thankful for all the things you take for granted such as your awareness, your senses, your body and your life.
Everyone has things they can complain about- but we also have many things to be grateful for.
