>When you would like something differnt that is healthy, here is a recipe for soy burgers.1 1/2 cup soy beans cooked( soy beans need to be soaked overnight and cooked for about 3 hrs. Follow package directions)1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp basil
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup wheat germ
Mash the soybeans in a large bowl. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Divide into 4 balls and form patties
Coat a frying pan with cooking spray and fry, flipping until brown on both sides. Can also be made into meat balls and baked in the oven.
