>Here is a quick way to make a satisfying lunch made with grains.
Quinoa ( pronounced: Keen- Wah) is delicious mixed with veggies.
Just prepare a frying pan with some olive oil ( 1 tsp). Add a 1/2 cup of cooked Quinoa and vegetables of your choice. I used mixed Chinese Vegetables – 1/2 cup.
Steam for about 5 minutes.
I added some barbecue sauce for some added spice.
When ready, wrap in a 1/2 pita tortilla wrap and serve with any garnish. I used some artichokes and grape tomatoes which I sprinkled with some olive oil and vinegar and basil.
