But now is the time to gather your strength for the long winter months. You need to plan for those cabin fever days with some good ideas for some hours when you may not be able to get outdoors.
Jon Kabat-Zinn puts it in an unusual way: “In Praise of Non-Doing”
Sometimes we need to sit back and slow down as the colder weather comes in, and the days become shorter.
Maybe it is time to learn how to meditate, even if just for a moment in time. Our inward experiences are activities too!
