>Stay healthy in this wonderful season of Thanksgiving.Eat healthy and have good times with friends and family.Here is a good recipe for your stuffing. It is an old family recipe from my grandmother who was a great cook.

Grandma’s Stuffing
You need 2 loaves of stale Italian Bread ( or large bag of croutons)
1 pound pork sausage
1 stalk of celery chopped3 eggs (or cup of almond milk)
3 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1 small onion chopped
3 teaspoon sage (Bells Sage)
2 cup chicken or vegetable broth

Saute until cooked the onions with the sausage cut into bite size piecesPut croutons into the broth soak for a minute and then squeeze out.Add the rest of the ingredients and put into a casserole dish  cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour
