>By popular demand I am adding some tips on staying bone healthy!! It seems that we all get some form of arthritis at some point in our lives therefore, finding out about it can help us!
On healthy eating:
Eat only foods God created (stay away from food colorings, processed foods)
Eat foods in a form that is healthy for your body ( no deep fried, greasy foods)
Consume liberal amounts of homemade Arthritis Busting Chicken Soup!
Consume spices such as ginger and garlic daily
Consume foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids
Increase your consumption of raw fruits and veggies
Avoid foods high in sugar
Avoid food containing hydrogenated oils
Example of a healthy Smoothie:
 For breakfast try making a smoothie with 1 cup soy yogurt, 1 tablespoon organic flax seed oil
1 cup organic fruits such as  bananas, berries, peaches, pineapple
