>Simple tips on Squash: Butternut

>A friend of mine, Gail explained to me how she cooks squash this time of year. Her favorite is to saute  or grill the squash. It is simple.
Just steam or microwave a butternut squash and when it cools, slice it with the skin still on, and saute it with a teaspoon of olive oil until it is golden. Sprinkle some cinnamon and add some garnish, and you have a great side dish!
In the summer, you can also grill some squash. Try all differnt types. They taste great!
