Love you no matter what is next in life

Become a strong tree with many branches reaching out to your partner

Become a strong tree with many branches reaching out to your partner

You can take it slow; simmering your love life with some healthy and positive healing ways. Think for a moment about the last time you gave your partner a little gift. Some of us do not pamper our loved ones and we should.

If you have spoken the vows of marriage  are you keeping your vows?

What I do not know

What do you know about yourself?

Spirit is in the snowy trees, softly guiding you to learn about your inner soul. Giving you intuition, love and harmony

It is good to understand that there will always be things in your life that you do not know. You may gather some understanding of  concepts that guide you but you really do not know everything about life and you may need to stop the struggle.

Getting through grief

Jeanne said to me in a sad voice, ” I lost my sister and then my brother in the same year. And I have not been right since. And it continues with other losses and hardships. I wonder why I have been given so very much on my plate, but I know I can do it, if only because I have no other choice.”

I did not know what to say to Jeanne because I had some significant losses too that I was trying my best to get through and I  felt stuck in the muck of it all; wondering when it would pass.

Surrender

Surrender and you will be free of pain and worry

When you let go and surrender yourself to whatever is going to happen in life, you become free of worry and pain. You are no longer sad or unhappy; you are in the groove of living. That place when the rubber meets the road; anchored in stability and inner strength; able to sort things out as you look through the screen of life allowing  things to pass that need to.

As you gaze through time past, you see that there is a reason to just be patient; waiting for things to pass; both the good and bad

There is a reason to be patient

Balancing Life

Check your many selves today starting with your physical self

I remember as a child placing a book on my head and walking across our living room whispering quietly as not to unsettle the book, “Let’s see who can keep the book on top of our head the longest.” My two sisters and I  would all struggle to be the one with the best balance. And sometimes I won, and sometimes not; and  this game made me realize that I was not always the best balanced person.

If you begin to think of yourself as a balancing act every day, you will become very aware that you are not always 100% in your many selves.
