Mindful and healing ways

When I think mindfully sometimes visions of shiny colors come to mind
When you become mindful of everything around you then you can move toward one-pointedness where you become mindful of just one thought or breath.
In this way, you can begin to slow yourself and your body down; lowering your blood pressure, heart rate and breath. You can also lower your stress and anxiety though some mindful, healing ways because you are slow and quiet.

When you want to feel better, visualize some healing, positive energy moving through your body, centering in the areas that you feel you need the most love and caring. And then, help and protect yourself by sending away all of that negative energy that may be inside of you in anger, pain, or maybe even sadness.

When I think of healing I always think of blue

The Pumpkin, a sure sign of fall.
Sometimes we are just so full of activity that it hurts our balance in life. Every day we have a multitude of things to do. So many things, we find ourselves forgetting something. Or maybe wanting to slow down a bit!
I have found that writing things down helps, but what really helps is to have some down time to rest.
If you find that your life is too full, then balance it better.
