Peaceful times near the water

Put things that belong in the past in a spot in your mind where it is an experience that you can draw upon but you do not need to ruminate on to figure out where you went wrong or right.
Those things you lived through; good and bad need peace and harmony. Even the bad things that have happened will be given new light if you move on to the present.
Draw upon your experiences when you need to; keeping the good lessons up front to give you confidence in your next step in life.

With hope in your heart

Continue onward with hope in your heart because that may be all that there is right now

Capture those tiny bits of sunshine in your day and see through the shadows of living life hopefully

And that is the way it is; in the moment you can be hopeful if you do not look too far ahead or too far in the past.

Hope brings on healing energy 
Hopeful and healing waves of energy slip around you; holding you grounded to the earth. The Universe opens to you; letting you into a bright star of hopeful living. You see the light before you knowing that cloudy and rainy days will pass because life has its yin and yang. Positive and negative moments that you control.

When I think of all the thinking I do throughout the day I try to focus back on being more mindful of the present.

Be in the moment gazing on some blue and white clouds; allowing yourself to just be in this perfect moment

You may seem to ruminate on the things that are bothering you; over and over again letting your wheels spin on the same difficulty that goes unresolved.
It may be time to begin believing that some things just have to be put aside.
And this mindful moment you have becomes your focus; thinking of nothing but the here and now of living life well in mind, body and soul.

You were there when I needed  hope

I always feel your presence and find myself counting how long it has been since you passed.

And I still feel strongly connected to your spirit; hoping that you come back to me the way you used to be; strong and centered. But until then I will accept the way you are right now, in my heart center and all around me in nature.

Mindful and healing ways

When I think mindfully sometimes shiny colors come to mind

When I think mindfully sometimes  visions of shiny colors come to mind

When you become mindful of everything around you then you can move toward one-pointedness where you become mindful of just one thought or breath.

In this way, you can begin to slow yourself and your body down; lowering your blood pressure, heart rate and breath. You can also lower your stress and anxiety though some mindful, healing ways because you are slow and quiet.
