My Heart Center is my happy place

What do you cherish in life? I love to take pictures of the most beautiful flowers I can find

Hold dear those days close to your heart center where you are at peace and happiness surrounds you.

You sit with your children and friends who have all gathered to see you and enjoy your presence. There is nothing like having some positive moments with family and friends.
Cherish and be joyful of all those moments that are one after another, keeping you centered and well.

Working on Joy

I want to feel joy again

Remember when you moved from your 3 wheeler to a 2 wheeler bike? It was difficult but you learned your lessons joyfully

Dou know that spot in your heart that sends an electrifying zap to you as you smile and feel warm inside and out?

All the way down to your soul; centered in your heart center, that is where joy is. Joy is better than happiness; bringing with it a sense of getting through things that are difficult. Joy engulfs your entire being, sending shivers down your spine, warmth throughout your body and a glow to your smile.

The Apple Girl

Winter settles in

The Farmer’s Market  ends at the first week in November in New York when the wind starts to blow and the leaves scatter for their last time.

And the leaves stay planted into the earth as an eternal blanket of warmth for those wild animals to sleep in some comfort.

There still are pumpkins to buy for those special holiday pies

I went to the last Market and very few vendors were there, but the Apple Girl was. She stood strong against the wind and said to me, ” I cannot move my hands it is so cold, and I have to move around or I will freeze in place.” I told her that she was a strong person and would manage the cold for a little while longer.
