Green moments

When you look back at things in life you may see them in a different way; finding good things about something that may have been not so good for you. Or you may find some pleasant moments in the past that gives you a smile.
Your circumstances change in life and you look at things differently as you grow older; finding that nothing is perfect and you would not want it that way.  You want loving and still times to settle down to a calmness of living life well.

Those past days when you were younger may have been more of a struggle than where you are right now.

Happily Ever After

In childhood, happily ever after was at the end of every book you read. Things seemed to all come together; through troubled times and good ones, everything ended the same way with a happy ending.
And if we were taught differently, would we have a more meaningful perspective about life and real endings that we may be facing right now?

When I look back, the happiest times of my life were with my children. They brought light into my life and made everything feel like happily ever after.

Childhood Memories Ringing Clear in the New Year

When I think about Johnnie, I remember that year when I was 15 and he 16. We were both in summer school.

I was there just to have fun, unlike my sister and Johnnie. I did well in school but had a problem with boredom when my sister had to be in school in the summer.

Mary Anne  had some trouble subjects in school and had to go to summer school almost every year. Johnnie was not sure he cared about anything but having some fun in life.
