Whispers

Be still

Be still

Mari wanted to be peaceful but could not find a way to be still in her heart and soul. Always busy planning things that would never happen because no one knows what is to be in each moment.

Dee told Mari to stop for a moment, “Stay in the present Mari because that is all you have at any given moment. ”

Be still, even if only for a moment so that you can hear the whispers that tell you which way to go right now.

Just a few moments

By the lake with its loving waves and wondrous horizon

By the lake with its loving waves and wondrous horizon

Know that you can calm yourself.
Understand that at any given moment, silence can help you to breathe and find peaceful waves of meditative energy.

Allow yourself a moment in time for meditation and prayer.
They help you to center and balance you life.
Slowing down your breath many be just what you need.
Take a meditative walk in silence.
Feeling the warm rays of the sun, touching the colorful flowers of warmer times.
Find peace.
Find that you can become a more loving person.
Reach out to someone day and help them to see that they can be calm, centered and balanced just by taking a few moments.

Still Waves

Watch and you will see still waves forming in the lake as winter takes over

Frozen stillness

Frozen stillness

Those waves are there for you to realize that you must be still sometimes to feel grounded and in harmony. When the lake slowly freezes; holding in its glory for spring, we too hold still for a moment, capturing time stopping.

The stillness of the lake and its wonderful blue and white waves form around you and if you are a person who loves challenges you go to that spot where everything is still either physically or in meditation with your soulful waves of energy.

Slowing down is good

As you age you may notice that you are slowing down a bit. It may take you a little longer to get ready for the day, or you may have some aches and pains that you did not have before.

The strengthening of the bones, the flexibility of your muscles and connective tissues and the pain can subside with yoga

Brighten your day with some yoga

Brighten your day with some yoga

I have found that yoga was the missing piece in my life while trying to reach some healthy living goals.

My entire life has centered around my difficulties with keeping my weight maintained. I struggled a lot until I decided that it had to be a multitude of things I did that helped me, not just the food or just the exercise.
