No one wants to get older but the sooner you accept the aging process, the better you will feel.

As you age, you learn that the good things in life to eat are those fruits and veggies!

Once you accept that things just are not the way they used to be in your mind and body, you will find that the bonus with aging is that your spirit continues to grow and become more refined.

You become that calm, centered person that you always wanted to be. The person who is wise, unshaken by bad news and loving life.

We are all connected, and peacefulness, unconditional love, gratitude, compassion for others and happiness connect to each person that you meet.
Whatever energy that is inside of you comes out and moves toward the next person that you meet.
This energy and strength transforms into another person and moves throughout the planet; circulating whatever you are emulating in life.

Finding out what you are good at is a great first step because you want to help others the best way you can.

Begin to focus on what you love. My passions lead me in different directions sometimes, but they always seem to bring me back to the same place.

What do Positive People Do?

They spend time with other positive people. They Sing, they dance, and the have a lot of fun!!

In the winter months, it is hard to stay on the positive side of life! You may need to really push yourself to stay healthy in the winter because it is easy to fall into the trap of — it is too cold, it is too dreary, I am going to stay at home and vegetate.  And that can bring out your negative inner soul!!!
